Terms of service

1. All prices at web-store are tax-free. 22% Tax will be added to all orders when you Check-out. If you are ordering from outside Finland there will be no taxes added, so the price you see is the price you pay.
2. No minimum order value.
3. When ordering in Finland, please choose MATKAHUOLTO for shipping.
4. When ordering from outside Finland, please choose DHL Express for shipping. This is available to all EU countries with shipping cost 45€.
5. You can pay your order by Bank Transfer or Credit Card (VISA, Visa Electron or Mastercard)
6. After the payment shows on our account we will make a delivery within 2 working days.
7. If there's something wrong or missing from your order you must contact us within 7 days from recieving the order. If you need to return products, those must be in re-saleable condition.
All tattoo inks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
